Refund Policy

Welcome to Yagna Pooja! The entire refund policy is mentioned below! Please check it carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only after Advance Payment or Full Payment.
  • Customers may either pay the Full Amount or at least 50% Advance Payment.

2. Refund Policy

A) Full Payment

  • If the customer cancels more than 72 hours before the booking → 90% refund will be given.
  • If the customer cancels within 72 hours of the booking → 50% refund will be given.
  • If the service is canceled from our side (e.g., Pandit unavailable) → 100% refund will be given.

B) 50% Advance Payment

  • If the customer cancels more than 72 hours before the booking → 45% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • If the customer cancels within 72 hours of the booking → Advance amount will not be refunded.
  • The remaining 50% payment will only be collected after the service is completed.
  • If the service is canceled from our side (e.g., Pandit unavailable) → 100% refund will be given.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

4. Important Notes

  • No refund will be provided if incorrect details (name, birth information, address, etc.) are given.
  • Spiritual results of Puja/Yagna are not guaranteed, hence no refund will be given if the customer is dissatisfied with the outcome.
