Welcome to Yagna Pooja! By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully because you are agreeing with our Terms and Conditions while doing you profile registration.
1. Use of Services
Our services are for religious and spiritual purposes only. Customers must provide accurate details, including name, birth information, location, and date.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment. Please note that payments are generally non-refundable, except under specific circumstances.
3. Service Schedule & Changes
The pooja or yagna will be performed on the scheduled date and time. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Liability
Important: We are responsible for conducting the pooja or yagna using authentic and traditional methods. However, the results, blessings, or outcomes depend on your individual faith and belief. The company does not guarantee any specific result.
5. Prohibited Use
Any commercial or improper use of our services is strictly prohibited. Any inappropriate requests or actions that disrespect religious sentiments will result in the immediate cancellation of the service.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in patan, Gujarat - 384265.
7. Amendments
The YAGNAPOOJA E SERVICES reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
